General

• You must be 18+ to commission me.
• Personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
• By commissioning me, you acknowledge and accept my artistic style.

Artistic Approach

My work focuses on mood, atmosphere, emotional impact, and narrative-driven imagery. I work best with character references, source material / lore, personality traits, mood direction, and a few keywords.

Not Ideal For

• Extreme detail perfectionism.
• Exact facial replication.
• Highly restrictive briefs.
• Complex pre-designed compositions requiring strict execution.

Simple action requests are fine, such as “holding an axe and attacking someone.”

Queue & Schedule

• Deadlines will be confirmed before payment.
• Work may begin at any point before the agreed deadline.
• Due to a busy queue, progress updates may be sent in batches.
• Please do not request progress updates unless no sketch has been delivered within three days of the deadline.

Frequent pressure or repeated status requests may negatively affect the working process.

Process & Revisions

Sketch → Color Stage → Final Artwork

• Sketch: up to 2 revisions.
• Color stage: up to 2 minor revisions.
• Final stage: 1 minor adjustment.
• Additional revisions may require extra fees.

Please provide all revision requests at once whenever possible.

Payment

• 50% deposit is required before entering the queue.
• Once the sketch has been approved, the remaining 50% must be paid before rendering begins.
• Work will continue after full payment is received.
• The final PNG artwork will be delivered via email after completion.

Refund Policy

• Full refund before work begins.
• After sketch approval, payments are non-refundable.
• If I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
• If the client cancels the project, completed stages remain billable and are non-refundable.

Usage Rights

• Personal use only by default.
• Commercial use: ×2.
• Private / non-public commissions: ×2.5.
• Please discuss commercial licensing before commissioning.

Style Notes

Some recurring stylistic preferences in my work include slightly sharper ears and warm-toned sclera. These may vary depending on the character and the needs of the illustration.
